Tackling challenges in life is like shoveling during a blizzard…there are times that you break your back only to feel a short time later that nothing was accomplished. But, the key is to “keep shoveling!”
Over time it gets easier, you will get stronger, the snow will stop, and in the morning you are only shoveling a few inches at a time, rather than a few feet.
Use your legs, listen to your iPod, take time to reflect, and get a “natural” workout. Pace yourself and take breaks (just like in life), and remember, just “keep shoveling…”
